His career pioneered diverse products and strategies at BMW Group Germany before spearheading BMW’s Project i electric mobility initiative and delivering globally acclaimed vehicles like the i3 and i8. He charted premium mobility strategies heading BMWs Innovation Consulting in Germany, China, and Silicon Valley. Sebastian eventually brought extensive expertise to Silicon Valley autonomous tech startups as COO and Head of Product, cultivating AI acumen.

Henrike Schelper
